The fine print, up front
How pay, ownership and confidentiality work
Version 2026-10. You accept these when you apply and again on every assignment. We set the fee for each assignment in writing before you start; we do not publish a rate card.
Confidentiality
You must keep client names, contact details, credentials, briefs and files confidential, use them only for the assignment, and return or delete them when it ends.
Intellectual property
Work you deliver on an assignment is assigned to EazzyWebsites (and onward to the client) once paid for. You keep your general skills, tools and any pre-existing material you disclose.
How you are paid
Fixed fee per assignment, agreed in writing before you start. Hourly or retainer work is paid on approved timesheet hours at the agreed rate. Payment is released after the client has paid (at least 100% of the linked invoice) and Finance has approved it, normally within 14 days. Payouts go to the Mobile Money or bank account on your profile.
