These terms describe the general basis on which EazzyWebsites Ghana provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, SEO and related digital services. A project proposal may contain additional specific terms.
Project scope
The agreed proposal defines pages, features, revisions, timeline, responsibilities and fees. Work outside that scope may require a change request and additional payment.
Payments
Projects normally begin after the agreed deposit. Remaining payments are due at the milestones listed in the proposal. Third-party fees may be billed separately.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate content, permissions, feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes. Delays in these items may affect the delivery date.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights specified in the proposal. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock media and software remain subject to their own licences.
Support and maintenance
Post-launch support covers the period and items listed in the proposal. Ongoing updates, security and content changes require a maintenance agreement or separate quotation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms are stated in the accepted proposal. Payments already used for completed work, reserved production time or non-refundable third-party costs may not be refundable. Any remaining refundable amount is calculated against the approved scope and work completed.
Hosting and third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, plugins and external platforms are governed by their providers as well as the project agreement. Renewal dates, recurring fees and account ownership must be confirmed in the proposal or handover record.
Business claims and content
The client is responsible for the accuracy, permissions and legality of supplied text, images, offers, testimonials and regulated-industry claims. We may pause publication where required approvals or evidence are missing.
Limitations
Search rankings, sales and other business outcomes cannot be guaranteed because they depend on external platforms, competition, market conditions and client operations. Any project-specific warranty, remedy or liability limit is stated in the accepted proposal and applies only to the extent permitted by Ghanaian law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith using the project records and written scope before pursuing formal remedies available under Ghanaian law.
